A full-body bath in sunlight and fresh air keeps you bright-eyed and bushy tailed. On the way over — best stay awake until 9 p.m. Eastern standard time (3 a.m. Geneva time) and go swimming the next day.  Here visiting my brother in Pensacola (on the far West of the Florida Panhandle) and soaking in the sun.  And after a lovely conference at the Carter Centre in Atlanta and an exhausting, complicated return flight through Paris (two amazingly distant terminals including security and passport controls and long lines without any priority service), straight to the mountains of the Valais to go racketing in the Blindli Tal near Geimen and skiing down the reds of Belalp (wisely avoided the blacks this time).
